I love working with motivated clients who are ready to grow through trauma, panic, anxiety, stress, acute and chronic illness, chronic pain, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is highly relational and rooted in a somatic lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of body and mind in the healing process. I empower clients to break out of old patterns and bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Through gaining greater self-awareness, healing wounds, and building skills you can overcome blocks to living your most liberated and authentic life.
