Hello there. I'm Hannah, a collaborative-narrative based therapist. We know the conditions of living bring us immense change and often losses. Whether the loss of a person, health status, our purpose, or even era of life, losses evoke transitions and often significant pain. Our equilibrium of how we make sense of ourselves and our lives changes after loss. Somehow, the world continues on as we do the work of mourning and rebuilding our lives. It's hard, isn't it? The reality of what drives our pain cannot be changed: loss. Something or someone is missing, maybe it even feels a like a part of us died too.
