Hi, my name is Hannah. I am a licensed mental health provider (LMSW), a yoga teacher and trainer, and a mindful communication educator. For nearly 20 years, I have focused on ways to support healing, growth, and deeper self-awareness. I believe that curiosity, empathy, and compassion create a strong foundation for meaningful change. I have studied wellness from many perspectives and integrate these practices into both my personal life and my work with clients. My approach is holistic and collaborative, supporting you in building greater understanding, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being.
