My clients are often children aged 3 and up who come from households with neurodiversity, trouble at school, physical disability or medical concerns, or changing families through moving, new family additions, parental separation, or grief. Clients seeking my services are looking for compassionate support for themselves or their children through these changes by deepening their self-understanding and expanding their capacity to cope with life’s challenges. My clients are also interested in science-backed therapy techniques utilizing creative expression and play to achieve their goals. View 6 Photos Formerly a special ed teacher, my clinical training is in art and play therapy, so I use creative techniques that don’t always rely on verbal communication. I use a child-centered and strengths-based approach, which means I’ll follow your child’s lead and build on their natural strengths. Parent involvement is also important to my work.
