About
You may be here because something in your life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Many people seek therapy when navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, or significant life transitions - such as starting or finishing college, entering or leaving the workforce, parenting (of all ages and stages), or adjusting to or living with illnesses (cancer). Whatever brings you here, you do not have to navigate it alone. My work is grounded in person-centered and strength-based approaches, supporting increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience while building on the strengths you already have. I am a licensed therapist providing individual therapy and parenting support for adults seeking a thoughtful and compassionate space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I work with folks experiencing anxiety, personal and professional burnout, grief, parenting and major life transitions, as well as those adjusting to illness.
