My goal is to offer that space, where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward healing and growth. I use a person-centered and holistic approach because you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover your strengths, explore your emotions, and build tools for lasting change. My own experiences with mental health allow me to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic way.
