As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring an inclusive, affirming, and collaborative approach to my work with individuals, couples, and families. My clinical interests include working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients with honesty, directness, and curiosity.
