Committed to assisting clients uncover their strengths and resources for healing and growth. I utilize my background in family work, attachment and trauma to understand each client and their needs. My past work with children and families gives me an understanding of relationships and our need for connection. Specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gottman Method couples therapy. Experienced in working with all ages from birth through adulthood with a focus now on adults and teens. Additional training includes the Svalja Trauma Yoga Certificate Program and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping.
