Trauma can leave deep emotional scars, often affecting how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you are not alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, process painful experiences, and begin to reconnect with your sense of self. I work with individuals impacted by complex and childhood trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. I’m a pre-licensed therapist serving clients across Florida, and I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to every session.
