I work with individuals and adolescents to get to the core of what they really desire for themselves. It is my joy and purpose to support the process of creation as well as healing. Sometimes that means revisiting and processing the emotions of a particular life event, exploring cultural messaging or societal influences, digging into relationships and history that might not be in alignment with well-being. Together, we’ll get compassionately curious with beliefs that may or may not presently meet their needs, while cultivating a strong sense of agency, empowerment, and hope.
