You matter! Your story matters! For individuals 12+ years old, I am honored to provide inclusive, patient-centered care that respects each patient's lived experience. My primary areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress symptoms, but your goals are my goals! I believe that anyone who comes to see me is the expert of their own life, and my responsibility is to provide the resources that will best support your vision of healing. My approach to therapy follows a listening-first approach, ensuring that all have the opportunity to fully express themselves just as they are. I have been trained in trauma-informed approaches, including Brainspotting, that allow clients to dictate and collaborate in the nature and pace of their treatment. As a former D1 collegiate athlete and coach, I also enjoy working with student athletes of any level!
