I enjoy working with people in the LGBTQ+ community, specifically teenagers and young adults. I also have a newfound passion in helping people navigate neurodivergence creatively. Oftentimes the message we receive is to change ourselves to align with the expectations of the world, without asking ourselves if there are other ways of being. I like to help people navigate and cope with situations that feel outside their control. I have experience navigating various life stressors and traumas including homelessness, divorce, coming out, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, abuse, grief, and anger.
