I’m Hannah, human first and therapist second. The most important indicator for you making progress in therapy is your connection with your therapist. Working with individuals across Lapeer County and surrounding communities, offering both in-person and telehealth support; my role as a therapist is to provide a comforting space for you to find healing and your true center. My approach is unique to each person - for some it may look like guided meditation, for others it may be linking current triggers to past traumas to find healing at the root. Whatever you need, that’s what we do.
