Weekend appointments available! I am an LCSW, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered care. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationships difficulties, and life transitions. I create a warm and collaborative space where clients can feel heard while gaining practical tools for everyday life. Drawing from CBT and my experience in acute inpatient, therapeutic day treatment, and counseling in the university setting, I tailor therapy to each client. My work is grounded in kindness, respect, and genuine connection.
