Do you feel like you are in a constant battle with your emotions and your thoughts? Do you frequently find yourself in intense emotional distress and feeling desperate to find a way out? Perhaps you've gotten so entangled in this that you've lost sense of who you are, what you're capable of, and that you matter. I work with people who are stuck in a cycle of avoiding and escaping their distress in ways that provide short term relief but prolong distress and don’t align with their values and/or goals. I am committed to working with you to learn more effective, value-aligned ways to manage life's inevitable pain and challenges.
