I am an LPCA who has successfully worked in adult substance abuse and with children, teens, and their families. I have helped a wide range of demographics in a series of intense and unique situations including grief, decreasing tension in family dynamics, helping to navigate suicidal/homicidal thinking, etc. I believe that therapy is a safe space in which people can express themselves without judgment and be met with compassion and hope. I have a lovingly assertive style. I will first listen intently and then give feedback with the intention of helping to improve your life and resiliency.
