I work with children, teens and adults to name their feelings, break patterns that don't serve them, and build a sense of self that feels strong and true. Whether you're a teen figuring out identity, a parent wanting to connect more deeply with your child, or an adult learning to put yourself first and attune to your body, therapy with me is a space where you don't have to edit yourself.
