I am here to help those who feel they need support restructuring negative patterns of thinking, into positive and healthy patterns of thinking. My clients are children, youth, adults, both individual or couples, and I possess the ability to help them become the best version of themselves. My clients are those that have been dealt difficult cards in life, been hurt by others or have done some hurting, and just want to end the tormenting cycle of mental health issues consisting of anxiety, depression, self-harming, abuse, trauma and more. I believe in togetherness because life is hard and sometimes we just need a helping hand.
