Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re navigating a tough season of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum or parenting, I want you to know you're not alone. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and a certified perinatal therapist (PMH-C). As a mother of two, I know firsthand how intense and transformative these years can be. My own journey has included infertility as well as birth trauma and time in the NICU, experiences that deepen my empathy and connection with clients facing similar paths. I bring not only professional training but deep compassion and a non-judgmental presence to every session.
