Accepting new Patients! I’m a Master of Social Work intern from Virginia Commonwealth University, training under the supervision of experienced clinicians at Catalyst Counseling. This means you receive the insight and expertise of a full clinical team paired with my genuine curiosity, compassion, and fresh perspective. I help people navigate the weight of stress, anxiety, and trauma so they can reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded in daily life. My work is centered around trauma-informed therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, helping clients build the tools to create real, lasting change.
