I work collaboratively with my clients to identify unique goals and build upon individual strengths to help develop the tools and strategies necessary to make therapeutic progress. I am experienced working with trauma, substance abuse, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, victims of child abuse and neglect, amongst other mental health issues. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families from various social and economic backgrounds and cultures.
