Hannah Jalovick earned her Masters in Counseling from Cairn University in 2016, and Post Masters Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in 2022. She has worked in various settings, such as wilderness therapy for teens, and community mental health for kids and adults, and now offers outpatient therapy to teens and adults through Lifestance. Hannah offers warmth in her sessions and strives to cultivate emotional safety and genuine connection with each of her clients. She believes in the goodness of each person and guides them to being their own source of answers and healing. Hannah uses practical modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory, to help clients build insight and skills. She also borrows from the creativity in modalities such as IFS/Parts Work, Embodiment, and Narrative.
