I work with teens and adults (14+) navigating grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and boundary-setting. With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, I offer a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where clients can explore challenges and build confidence in themselves. My goal is to help you gain the clarity and self-trust needed to make meaningful changes in your life. I currently offer in-person sessions in Hartland, MI, as well as virtual therapy throughout Michigan. I am practicing under clinical supervision.
