I genuinely believe that healing comes from an authentic, non-judgmental space, and that is what I have to offer you. I show up as my authentic self and encourage you to as well. I work with individuals primarily, though I am open to doing family and/or couples work in conjoint with another provider. I work with those who are experiencing: anxiety, depression, identity exploration, religious trauma, low self-esteem and confidence struggles, acceptance from self or others, guilt, and/or shame. I am available for in-person (office, community, or out in nature) and/or telehealth sessions.
