A client may choose to work with Hannah when they are ready to understand and manage anxiety, improve emotion regulation, and address relationship dynamics that may be rooted in these issues. She has a particular passion for supporting women who experience high-functioning anxiety and may appear strong and capable to others, yet feel overwhelmed, irritable, or unfulfilled beneath the surface. Hannah also finds deep meaning in working with men who are ready to explore their inner world and emotional needs. Hannah offers one-on-one Telehealth sessions with adults and teens, Monday through Thursday.
