I specialize in working with individuals and families struggling with communication, boundaries, self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety. I have a notable history in working with those who identify as neurodivergent, lgbt+ community, and those who may worry about about being judged. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for an empathetic ear and are willing to try new skills outside of sessions. My approach to therapy is full of humor, empathy, and support but also holding accountability and taking active steps to reach goals. I have completed my LCSW and I have been working in the field of mental health for over six years. I enjoy providing an accepting and friendly space for clients to explore themselves to reach their goals.
