Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, even reaching out for help can feel daunting but is a powerful first step. I have over twenty years of experience helping people navigate transitions and difficult times in their life. My clients over the years have been challenged by anxiety, depression, life stressors and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe environment where my clients have a space to feel safe and supported in facing their challenges and working towards making meaningful changes.
