I am a therapist with a social work heart. Helping others learn to love and understand themselves is my favorite part of the job. I diagnose and treat through different types of therapy such as psychotherapy, trauma informed care, DBT, CBT, Grief and Loss, Couples Therapy and numerous strengths perspective approaches. I work with adult patient's who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, bipolar disorders and trauma based disorders. I have a special love and expertise in those who struggle with borderline personality disorder.
