Whether you’re out/questioning, healing from trauma, wrestling with family or religious pain, or trying to understand who you are outside of pure survival, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a calm, honest, judgment-free space where every part of you gets to show up. My work is rooted in queer affirmation, feminism, anti-racism, and body liberation. I don’t pretend therapy sits outside the real world. The systems that wound us don’t get brushed aside here.
