My passion is connecting through laughter and spontaneity. I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment for clients to open up, be vulnerable, connect to their strengths, and deepen their understanding and awareness of themselves. As a drama therapist, I bring a creative, playful approach to the work. As adults, we are often socialized to neglect or abandon our creative, playful aspects. Connecting to these parts of ourselves can provide us with insight and strengths, as well as highlight personal inner resources.
