I work with adults who are navigating the challenges of substance use, trauma, and life transitions. My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, but they have a desire for change. They may be coping with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or the effects of past experiences that still impact daily life. Their goal is to find stability, develop healthier coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. They want to feel heard, understood, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they can take steps toward lasting recovery and personal growth.
