I became a therapist because I love building relationships with people, learning about your inner world, and helping you create change in your life. In our demanding, scarcity-driven world, slowing down and taking time to take care of yourself can be a transformative act, especially if mental health care has been difficult to navigate. My focus areas include issues of identity and belonging (especially for folks of the AAPI/POC/biracial/immigrant communities); pregnancy, peri and postnatal care, including infertility, abortion, and loss; parenting; attachment trauma and complex PTSD; neurodivergence; social justice; and caregiving.
