Deciding to start therapy can be a confusing and sometimes stressful experience. Congratulations on taking the first step. For whatever reason you've decided to begin this journey, I believe that therapy helps people gain insight and awareness, as well as develop better coping skills and symptom management. Rather than superficially treating the problem through quick-fixes, I work collaboratively with my clients to address the underlying issue. My goal is to establish a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients can feel comfortable to work through past trauma, life changes, and/or emotional roadblocks.
