In my practice, it is my utmost goal that clients feel safe and heard. I strive to accomplish this by creating a counseling atmosphere that is accepting and empathetic. I approach counseling from a person-centered orientation, which means that our sessions are geared towards your wants, needs, and goals. I work to tailor our sessions uniquely for you. In addition, I take a holistic and compassionate approach, considering how our identities and experiences shape our lives and perspectives. Our collaboration can increase self-awareness, challenge negative beliefs and actions, and develop appropriate coping strategies.
