My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families looking to challenge themselves and learn new strategies to care for their mental health, prioritize themselves or their relationships and work through challenges in life. I thrive working on navigating perinatal spaces, relationship challenges and creating better authentic communication. I also love working to manage and create tools for suicidality, complex trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize facilitating traditional and intensive approaches to therapeutic services. This can look like traditional weekly or bi-weekly therapy, but it can also look like one, two or three full weeks, or weekends of intensive therapy to navigate challenges with yourself, partners, or family members.
