Hi, I’m Hannah Martinez (LPC). Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing", it’s about reconnecting you with yourself. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply worn thin by the pressure to “hold it all together,” I want you to know- you're not alone, and you're not too much. My goal isn’t to analyze you from a distance—it's to sit next to you and really listen. I believe healing happens in spaces where we feel safe enough to tell the truth, even when it’s messy, complicated, or unclear.
