I work with adults and adolescents in Massachusetts struggling with addictions and co-occurring anxiety, depression, and trauma, especially those who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, or holding it together while quietly burning out. Many come in feeling emotionally reactive, disconnected, or stuck in cycles tied to substance use and emotional patterns that keep repeating in relationships, work, and recovery. They want relief, but they also want to understand themselves better and create more sustainable ways of coping and living.
