Many people struggle to find a space where they feel truly seen and understood as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with those who are exploring gender identity, sexuality, coping with grief, loss, transitions, anxiety, and depression. Together, we create a safe space to gain insight into thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and foster resilience. My purpose as a counselor is to empower clients on their path to flourishing by fostering personal growth through curiosity, attunement, and empathy —all within a strong therapeutic relationship.
