About

I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and relationship wounds—including infidelity—find steadiness and clarity again. At the heart of my work is a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship where you can be fully seen and honest about what you’re carrying. Together, we explore patterns, build on your strengths, and move toward healing that integrates mind, body, spirit, and community. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am attachment-oriented, relying heavily on somatic integration, a strengths-based perspective, the 12-step model, and an ecotherapeutic approach.
