I enjoy working with teens and adults in all stages of life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and grief. I believe everyone has an inner strength and resilience and it is my goal to empower clients to find it within. I also believe everyone should have a safe space to feel their emotions and express them without fear of judgement or criticism. I am driven to offering a safe space for those who feel they have no where else to go or to share how they are feeling.
