My mission as a therapist is to help heal through relationships. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. In the individual and family therapy sessions I offer, it is important to me that you and your child feel comfortable and at ease. During our time together I prioritize a person centered approach to counseling. This means that you get to be in the drivers seat and I will meet you where you are at. It is my job to help support and guide you and your child through this process of growth. When working with children, I also utilize play therapy and art therapy, as well as traditional talk therapy.
