I am welcoming in those seeking to restore trust and safety in oneself and others after trauma. I also see those where traditional talk therapy did not feel like enough. I honor the pacing and timing of each persons unfolding; with personal knowing and experience of the vulnerability it takes to show up bearing some of the most raw and tender places within our lives. I welcome in all aspects of rebuilding trust and safety after trauma, dismantling shame, highly sensitives/empaths, recovery from childhood trauma, body image, cultivating desire and pleasure, and rewiring into secure attachment. Alongside compassion-focused talk therapy, I specialize in Somatic Trauma Therapy (Somatic Experiencing), EMDR, Sexuality and Sexual Trauma Healing, IFS, and Art Therapy. Additionally, I integrate my 10+ years of being a student and teacher of mindfulness and yogic practices.
