No matter where we’ve been, everybody longs to feel heard and understood. When you’re going through a difficult time, being able to process your emotions with someone and form a trusting relationship with them can be incredibly healing. I look forward to walking alongside you in this journey and hearing about your experience. I practice therapy from an open, affirming perspective that places you at the center. As you come to my office, I hope you’ll find a safe, creative space to bring your whole self. In my practice, I provide individual therapy to people who are age 16 and older. I have a special interest in working with the following groups: artists, performers, young adults, neurodiverse folks, health care and mental health providers, lawyers, and individuals coping with chronic illness. I identify as queer and have a special interest in working with LGBTQIA2S+ folks.
