I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I utilize approaches of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize person-centered therapy and a whole-person approach. I desire to encourage and aid clients in processing through challenges that individuals face. I utilize Dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy as needed to aid individuals in building skills and managing emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships. I am trained in trauma-focused therapy as well.
