I work with adults and teens in Missouri and Illinois to help them navigate relationships, increase self-trust, work through big (or small) life decisions and transitions, and process the stuff they’ve been working hard to just move on from. We might be an extra good fit if you have childhood or relationship trauma history, want to process experiences in a spiritual or religious setting that felt confusing or upsetting, or are interested in exploring the ways that your upbringing has impacted your relationships, identity, and values.
