Were you or your child hurt by someone who should have been safe? If you’re here you’re carrying pain that doesn’t quite make sense—or you’re watching your child struggle and feeling unsure how to help. I work with adults, teens, and kids who’ve been hurt by people they trusted, especially in early relationships where safety, trust, or connection were missing or broken. Many come in feeling stuck in patterns they can’t break or weighed down by feelings that won’t go away. Maybe you notice your child acting out or shutting down, or you yourself are battling overwhelming anxiety, perfectionism, who you are that feels off or warped.
