As a mom of 4 kids, I get feeling overwhelmed, behind, and like you just need a minute to think. I love coming alongside women and teens, moms in the middle years and women transitioning from college to the real world. I love hearing stories and helping you make sense of yours. Whether it’s constructing family boundaries, processing spiritual hurt, or making sense of the pain of your past, I aim to create a safe environment for you to make sense of your story.
