About
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice at Ozark Psychotherapy Group, I enjoy working with high school students and adults navigating difficult life circumstances. I have several years of training and practice working with clients experiencing adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety and stress, challenges with self-esteem and body image, trauma-related symptoms, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, and personal crises. I’m trained in EMDR, CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) and use Joiner’s Theory, somatic theories, DBT, interpersonal therapy, and narrative therapies to inform my work.
