I work with my clients to help them cope in a healthy and effect way with a variety of issues. Many of which include anger, depression, anxiety, performance anxiety, behavioral issues, ADHD, abuse and trauma and phase of life changes. I am trained in EMDR and am able to offer EMDR therapy as an option for those suffering from the effects of past traumas.
