I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults seeking greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and healing. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach is person-centered, compassion-focused, and integrative, drawing from evidence-informed practices such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative expression.
